Hire Bilingual accounting:

- Understand Mexico Tax computations and returns.

- General Accounting.

- Review, approve and process accounts payables.

- Review, approve payroll computations and benefit calculations.

- Manage multiple bank accounts, cash flow, bank transfers and back reconciliations.

- Prepare monthly/quarterly and year-end financial closing statements.

- Prepare and distribute monthly/quarterly and year-end financial statements in accordance to the US GAAP.

- Continuous communication with CPA in the United States.

- Create and implement Accounting Department policies and procedures.

- Other miscellaneous accounting projects.

- Bachelor Degree in Public Accounting with at east 3 years of progressive experience in taxes and cost controlling.

- Strong computer proficiency with accounting and payroll software: IDSE, SUA, ASPEL, COI, NOMIPAQ, CONTAPAQ, ETC

- Excellent follow-through; efficient time management; problem solving and prioritizing abilities

- Understand various accounting process flows and implement newly structured processes.

- Bilingual (Fluent English and Spanish)
