Help customers manage various services (DIRECTV, Lan Line, Cell Phone, and Internet). Achieve successful collection by providing billing support and negotiating overdue account payments, using various credit and collection techniques and resources. Provide premier customer service by working with various groups for billing, message, and issue resolutions.



WHAT DO WE OFFER?



Base salary: $18,225 MXN per month
Grocery vouchers $2,910 MXN
Restaurant vouchers: $1,900 MXN
WEEKENDS OFF

WHAT DO YOU NEED?



To be 18 years old
High School (Completed or Incompleted)
ADVANCE English level (calls from USA customers)
8 months to 1 year of experience at Call Center in Customer Service or Collection
Full time availability from 7:00 to 21:00 (8-hour schedule) 
Place to work: Toreo, Parque Central, Naucalpan (NO Home Office)
